Applications
are considered by the Trustees at their quarterly meetings, which
take place on Wednesdays at the end of January, April, July and October.
Applications
should be received at least 4 weeks before these dates to be certain
of consideration at any particular meeting.
The
dates of forthcoming meetings are:
23rd January 2013, 24th April 2013, 24th July 2013 and 23rd October 2013
